Inclusion Team Building Programs
Inclusion initiatives are a critical part of most companies’ training and development programs. The hard part is finding a way to creatively and effectively incorporate Inclusion into their training. WCF has developed three fun and engaging Inclusion team building events designed to celebrate our differences, create equal and just opportunities for everyone and recognize and appreciate the skills and talents of all employees of all backgrounds. These programs create tangible examples of the importance of Inclusion in the workplace that leave a longer lasting impression than what you can read in a book or learn from a webinar.
Inclusion Team Challenge
Derived from our #1 Team Building Program, the Team Challenge, the Inclusion Team Challenge take a deeper dive into ROI’s focused on Inclusion. Groups are broken up into teams to compete in a rotation of activities. Each activity touches on a different aspect of Inclusion. One activity might highlight the benefits of listening to different perspectives while another might focus on learning about your teammate’s culture. At the end of the rotational event, WCF’s emcee engages the group in a Deep Skills Debrief that further highlights the message behind each activity completed that day. This culminating conversation helps drive home the important messages and how we can apply them back in the office in real life.
Inclusion Scavenger Hunt
Chicago is a melting pot of cultural diversity making it the perfect city to host WCF’s Inclusion Scavenger Hunt. Send your team on a Scavenger Hunt around the city to find and explore places of Inclusion significance. Clues, Destinations and Missions are designed to highlight different cultures and milestones in social issues. Teams also need to work together by identifying different strengths within their team to solve clues and missions effectively. The more missions completed; the more points are earned. The team with the most points at the end wins the event. Teams have fun in a competitive environment while learning along the way!
Inclusion Pub Trivia
WCF’s most flexible Inclusion solution is the Inclusion Pub Trivia which features trivia rounds dedicated to different aspects of Inclusion. Each round is customizable to help meet your companies specific Inclusion goals and initiatives. With the program length starting at only one hour, it easily fits into any schedule. While still educational, fun and competitive, this program is a little less structured than the other two options making it great on its own or as an add on to a meeting, dinner or reception style event.
All three programs are created to be accessible to all people regardless of physical abilities. WCF is here to help create unique events that also serve as great learning platforms for Inclusion initiatives.
