Overview
As the Midwest’s largest team building and entertainment company, WCF travels across the city and suburbs (now nationwide too!) to facilitate team building programs, summer picnics and other interactive events. In addition to utilizing its unique and flexible 55,000 sq. ft. raw space located just 10 min north of the loop, WCF partners with numerous hotels and venues throughout Chicagoland and beyond!
Facility Details for Windy City Fieldhouse Location
Windy City Fieldhouse is Chicago’s premier multi-sport & entertainment complex, located just 10 minutes north of the Loop. The Fieldhouse is the length of a football field (over 55,000 square feet in size) and features a multitude of sports and fitness activities. Ideal for private events, the facility can be reserved for up to 3,500 people for corporate outings, team building, interactive receptions, themed events, fundraisers or special events of any size. Also, the facility features private party/conference areas and a kitchenette.
The facility has state-of-the-art backboards, flooring and lighting, along with ample free parking for WCF customers and guests. The playing surface is an all purpose multi-sport floor designed to accommodate any type of activity. Additionally, divider curtains separate the facility into eight different areas.
Further amenities include air conditioning, flexible labor policies, and spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms. The facility can be converted into many uses including sports leagues, formal galas, fundraisers, team-building events, birthday parties, holiday parties, and much more. In fact, many customers have set up stages, podiums, and/or presentation areas. Furthermore, a full line of audio/visual equipment is available on a rental basis.
Location
Windy City Fieldhouse is located just east of the Kennedy Expressway at Logan Boulevard in West Lincoln Park. The Fieldhouse is accessible from the north and south via the Kennedy Expressway and from the surface streets of Logan Boulevard, Western Avenue and Elston Avenue. Visible from either direction on the Kennedy (at the Budweiser sign) the address of the Fieldhouse is 2367 W. Logan Boulevard, Chicago, IL 60647.

Sports Facility Job Opportunities

Company History
Windy City Fieldhouse (the “Company”) was incorporated in Illinois in January 1995 to become Chicago’s premier team building and entertainment complex. The Company was founded to fulfill a need in Chicago for a multi-purpose sports facility providing space for basketball, volleyball, soccer and a variety of other court-based sports activities, leagues, youth programs and family celebrations. After its first full year of operation in 1998, the Company focused on new program development for daytime activities and created offerings in the fall of 1998 to attract corporations to utilize the facility for team building, interactive receptions, summer picnics and other onsite and offsite corporate events. The Company soon became one of Chicago’s and the Midwest’s leading corporate and special event planners. WCF has served over 2,000 corporate clients ranging from a group of CEO’s from Fortune 100 companies to the annual training event for new hires of one of the largest banking institutions in the world. WCF events take place at a variety of private locations throughout the city and suburbs or at its 55,000 square foot venue only minutes from downtown. WCF is also the premier multi-sport and entertainment facility in Chicago offering a wide variety of sports, leagues, family celebrations, field trips and youth programs. In addition to offering a quality sports experience, WCF is one of Chicagoland’s premier party planners for family celebrations including birthday parties for all ages, bar/bat mitzvahs and more.
