How long do team building activities usually last?

Most corporate team building events run between 1 to 3 hours, but we can design shorter or longer programs depending on your agenda, venue and objectives.

Can team building be customized for our company’s goals and culture?

Absolutely! At WCF Events, all our team buildings programs are customizable allowing you to pinpoint your specific pain points — providing targeted action towards a more productive and enjoyable workplace. For us the purpose is the most important part of team building and makes these events more than a fun work perk, but an investment in your company.

Do you offer corporate team building events in Chicago?

Yes! WCF Events is based in Chicago and we work with venues across the city to host memorable indoor and outdoor team building experiences. We work 100% offsite so we are always ready to bring our team building programs to any venue that works for you including your office, a conference center or a private venue that you’ve booked on your own! If you don’t have a venue and would like us to secure one, we are happy to coordinate with our venue partners!

Do you provide nationwide corporate event services?

While Chicago is our home base, we have a satellite office in Phoenix, Arizona and travel to cities nationwide to deliver our signature team building experiences for corporate clients throughout the United States and Mexico! Virtual Events even allow us to be in multiple countries at one time!

How far in advance should we book a team building event?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for best availability, especially during peak summer and holiday seasons. However, we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests to the best of our ability without compromising the integrity of your events.

What is included in your team building packages?

Our packages are all inclusive to what is outlined in the contract. For team building activities we always include pre-event coordination, onsite staffing, equipment, travel and all other fees. If desired we also include venue fees, vendor coordination, catering and other add-ons when necessary. The price you see will be the price you pay, with no surprise fees after the event.

Can we add catering and food for our corporate event?

Yes — if desired we will work with our trusted catering partners to offer BBQs, boxed lunches, buffets, and more. We also accommodate dietary restrictions of all kinds.

How many people can participate in your team building activities?

We design programs for groups as small as 10 and as large as several thousand. Every activity is scalable to fit your team size. Whether your company is big or small, we’ve got you covered!

What is the cost of a corporate team building event?
