WCF’s Mosaic Mural Challenge requires team members to use strategy, creativity, communication and teamwork with the overall group objective of creating a collaborative mural. The premise of the event is for teams to work together completing activities to get the necessary supplies to create a mosaic piece. Once the mosaic piece is completed, it is combined with other team’s mosaic piece to create a collective large-sized mural. The end result is a mural that all teams can be proud of and take back to the office along with improved communication, camaraderie and creative strategy!
