Interactive Team Challenge

The Interactive Team Challenge is a fun twist to WCF’s award-winning Team Challenge enabling clients to eat, drink and network throughout the event with a reception style team building event.  Instead of a structured 20-30 minute rotational competition at the beginning of your event followed by a reception, dinner or meeting, the Interactive Team Challenge allows participants to move from station to station at their own pace throughout the event.  As a result, your team is able to mingle with co-workers in a relaxed and open reception style setting with food and drink while also actively engaging in approximately 30 minutes of team building activities throughout the event at times that work best for their team.  Teams earn points based on their performance at each station with the two teams earning the highest number of point competing in a final culminating event to crown the overall champion.  The perfect event for companies wanting a less structured team building event with ample time for building relationships and strengthening team camaraderie while also interjecting some fun and competition into your event.
