Teams are assigned ice sculpture designs based on a predetermined category such as a city, company logo or creating a company mascot and work together to creat a scuplted masterpiece. The perfect fun and innovative team building program designed to help build camaraderie and relationships amongst employees with a strong focus on creative strategy.
