You pick 2-4 experiences for your team to enjoy throughout the evening and we take it from there! Guests rotate through these themed, virtual activities while interacting and mingling with their peers. Engaging activities include wine tastings, DIY art projects, trivia, bingo, magic shows and more. If desired, you are able to add a final experience for the entire team to enjoy together at the end of the party. An exciting evening and a great thank you for all their hard work.

Let your employees choose their holiday gift this year! Each member of your team is unique so why not offer a few options so everyone participates in something they truly enjoy! WCF helps you select from multiple themed experiences which are designed specifically to last the duration of your event. And unlike the fest event, your guests are able to sign up for the one experience that matches their interests the most. Now with more time focused on one experience, guests are able to taste more wine or whisky, draw more intricate designs or dig deeper into the topic of your choice – home brewing, plants, baking holiday cookies and more! After their chosen experience comes to an end, everyone gathers together to cheer the holiday season as a group!
Virtual Holiday Scavenger Hunt – HYBRID OPTIONS AVAILBLE!
A holiday version of our #1 virtual program! Get your team working together to complete tasks and challenges in a virtual setting by submitting video or photo evidence. Teams are asked to do things like determine who on their team has the most rolls of toilet paper in their home or to take a photo of someone surfing on an ironing board! Collaboration and teamwork are an essential part of this event, not to mention having fun! NEW Family Version – created for companies looking for a virtual alternative to their annual in-person family holiday party!
Virtual Mentalist – EVENT SPOTLIGHT
Wow your guests with a mind-blowing mentalist show! This engaging and interactive show is guaranteed to bewilder and impress even the biggest skeptic. Join one of Ireland’s top mentalists (he appeared on Ireland’s Got Talent and was the first magician to receive a yes from all four judges!) as he reads minds and performs a series of digital illusions.
Virtual Holiday Pub Trivia – HYBRID OPTIONS AVAILBLE!
Remote teammates band together to answer trivia questions in this fast paced virtual event. Each round consists of 10 to 15 questions from different categories like holiday, pop culture, sports, general knowledge and even custom company trivia. Answers are submitted online for points and the team with the most points wins!
New Year’s Wellness Program
A new year calls for new healthy habits! With several versatile formats, the Virtual Wellness Program functions as a tool to help meet any wellness initiative. Either put your group on teams or have them complete the program as individuals. Available in different durations from one hour, to one week, or up to one month long, this program challenges participants to complete activities focused on physical and mental health along with activities that keep the environment healthy too!
Virtual Give Back Events – HYBRID OPTIONS AVAILBLE!
Celebrate the season of giving with a Virtual Give back Event! We ship a wagon, tricycle, bike or no-sew blanket to each of your employees to put together. WCF coordinates donations so your team can give back to the community this holiday season.
