1995
Windy City Fieldhouse is Founded

Windy City Fieldhouse (WCF) was incorporated in Illinois in January 1995. WCF was founded to fulfill a need in Chicago for a multi-purpose sports facility providing space for basketball, volleyball, soccer and a variety of other court-based sports activities, leagues, youth programs and family celebrations.

1997
Officially Open for Business

Windy City Fieldhouse (WCF) opened its doors on December 1 , 1997, quickly becoming Chicago’s premier sports and entertainment complex.

1998
Event Programs Introduced

After its first full year of operation, WCF focused on adding new program to attract corporations to utilize the facility for team building, interactive receptions, summer picnics and other onsite and offsite corporate events. Adding corporate events offerings proved to be amazing idea as WCF soon became one of Chicago’s and the Midwest’s leading corporate and special event planners, now known as WCF Events.

2023
WCF Events Moves to New Headquarters

In 2023, WCF Events moved from its original home at Windy City Fieldhouse to a new office location, 2017 N. Mendell, Suite 3S, Chicago, IL 60614. After saying goodbye to the sports complex and the sport services side of the business, WCF Events now focuses solely on providing corporate events and entertainment throughout Chicago, the suburbs and nationwide!

Continued Growth of WCF Events

WCF Events has spent years planning and executing exceptional events for over 4,000 corporate clients and is not stopping there! WCF continues to grow by creating new event programs and expanding our client base locally, nationally and internationally. We look forward to helping companies celebrate many more employee events for years to come!

WCF Corporate Events partners with JB Training Solutions, a company dedicated to providing interactive and dynamic workshops to help employees succeed in the workplace. These training programs are the perfect complement to a WCF Corporate Events outing. JB Training Solutions has been featured on CNN and CNBC and in the New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. As the Midwest’s largest team building and entertainment company, WCF travels across the city and suburbs (now nationwide too!) to facilitate team building programs, summer picnics and other interactive events. WCF partners with numerous hotels and venues throughout Chicagoland and beyond!
