Rental Rates and Policies

Rental Rates

The following are hourly rates for courts and prices for daily passes

Basketball – Soccer – Hockey Courts

Prime

$150 per hour for rental of 13 weeks or more ($160 per hour for one-time rental)
Monday – Friday*: 4pm – 11pm; Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 10pm
*Prime Time Hours will be extended from 9am – 4pm during Summer months of June – August and apply to all rentals outside of normal business hours.

Non – prime

$140 per hour for rental of 13 weeks or more ($150 per hour for one-time rental)

Volleyball Courts

All times

$100 per hour for rental of 13 weeks or more ($110 per hour for one-time rental)

Batting Cage: Batting cage is available on the Ct 8 Volleyball court. Manual feed pitching machine is available upon request. Adult supervision is required to feed balls into the machine. Batting cage balls provided for baseball and softball. Players must provide their own bats and helmets.

Private Open Gym Rentals

$15 per person per hour (minimum of $30 per rental). Reservations must be made by 5pm and at least 1 day in advance in order to play. Weekend and Monday reservations must be made by 5pm on Fridays. Note: Basketball rentals are for half-court rentals only per private group. Group size must be 6 or less people. For groups of 7 or more, a full court reservations is required. WCF no longer offers open gym to the public for pick-up games. All open gym times must be reserved in advance to private groups, no Walk-ins allowed. Please call 773.486.7300 for times. (Subject to availability.)

Rental Policies

Below is a list of court reservation policies.

Full payment for court time booked is due at the time of booking. A valid credit card or cash payment (no checks) must be given to guarantee the booking. Any amount not paid in cash must immediately be paid for with a credit card or be authorized on a credit card. *(Note: Under no circumstances will any court time be booked without full payment.)
If a customer chooses to pay cash for any outstanding credit card authorization, they must do so prior to the court time being used. (Note: Under no circumstances is a group allowed onto the court without full payment. No exceptions!)
Reservations can be made and held for a maximum of 48 hours. (Note: Under no circumstances, no matter when the reservation was made, will a reservation be held past noon on Friday for the weekend.)
