2024 Company Summer Olympics – Go for the Gold!

The Summer Olympics may be in Paris this year but you can host your own Company Olympics anywhere you want! WCF makes it easy to add an Olympic theme to any summer event. Choose from a structured, competitive event or a more laid-back BBQ or reception style summer outing – both packed with Olympic themed activities to make your employees feel like Olympians!

Competition Style Events

WCF has modified its award-winning Team Challenge program into an Olympic Challenge where teams rotate through Olympic competitions throughout the event. Get your employees in the spirit of the competition by assigning them to different teams by “country” to compete head-to-head at each station for points. Extra points awarded to teams with the best themed apparel! Prior to the event, our team works with you to select from a variety of “Summer Olympics Events” such as:

Volleyball
Table Tennis
Triathlon (Hockey, Football and Soccer Target Practice)
Relays (Minute to Win it Relays)

Your event doubles as a Team Building activity by mixing in other WCF activity stations focusing on your desired business objectives such as communication, teamwork, group problem solving and more. Award Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals to the winning teams at a closing ceremony to tie it all together!

BBQ & Reception Style Event

Looking for something less structured but just as fun as the Olympic Team Challenge? WCF specializes in creating custom summer BBQs and receptions with Olympic entertainment packages. Instead of structured participation, guests have the option to engage in any of the available activities at their leisure. In between grabbing a bite to eat or a drink at the bar, guests may play a game of volleyball with a group of coworkers or try their hand at archery. Give your guests the chance to participate in activities similar to the following “Summer Olympics Events”:
