Want to improve creative problem solving in your team?  Need to build relationships and promote teamwork in a fun and challenging environment?  Windy City Fieldhouse's (WCF) newest team building program, the Creative Challenge, fuses together the benefits of WCF's award-winning Team Challenge Program with tasks that force teams to overcome the ever-present obstacle of creativity.

Each activity presents teams with a goal and various resources for achieving it.  The idea of this program is to put team members in situations where the goal is only achieved by thinking "outside the box", utilizing inner-resourcefulness and blending individual ideas into a single creative team plan.  There is no "right" or "wrong" way to complete each mission.  Each group's solution is the result of the unique talents and creative skills of the specific individuals in the team.
