Company History

Windy City Fieldhouse (the “Company”) was incorporated in Illinois in January 1995 to become Chicago’s premier team building and entertainment complex.  The Company was founded to fulfill a need in Chicago for a multi-purpose sports facility providing space for basketball, volleyball, soccer and a variety of other court-based sports activities, leagues, youth programs and family celebrations.  After its first full year of operation in 1998, the Company focused on new program development for daytime activities and created offerings in the fall of 1998 to attract corporations to utilize the facility for team building, interactive receptions, summer picnics and other onsite and offsite corporate events.  The Company soon became one of Chicago’s and the Midwest’s leading corporate and special event planners.

WCF has served over 2,000 corporate clients ranging from a group of CEO’s from Fortune 100 companies to the annual training event for new hires of one of the largest banking institutions in the world.  WCF events take place at a variety of private locations throughout the city and suburbs or at its 55,000 square foot venue only minutes from downtown.

WCF is also the premier multi-sport and entertainment facility in Chicago offering a wide variety of sports, leagues, family celebrations, field trips and youth programs.  In addition to offering a quality sports experience, WCF is one of Chicagoland’s premier party planners for family celebrations including birthday parties for all ages, bar/bat mitzvahs and more.
