Trial Class Information

Trial classes are available by appointment only at no cost and subject to availability.  All trial classes must be scheduled in advance with Steve or Ana.  No walk-in trials are permitted.  If you register for the class following the trial or any WCSA class, your balance due will include the trial class plus any remaining classes for the selected program.  If you elect not to register for any classes following the trial, you are not required to pay for the trial.  Please remember to call in advance to schedule a trial class to make sure the proper student to coach ratio is maintained. 




ALL CLASS TIMES AND HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  NO REFUNDS.  NO MAKE-UP CLASSES OR REFUNDS OFFERED FOR MISSED CLASSES.  AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE EQUAL TO 10% OF THE CLASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL CANCELLATONS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SESSION.  REGISTRATION FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED WCSA KIDS STARTS 4 WEEKS BEFORE SPRING AND SUMMER CLASSES BEGIN.  OPEN REGISTRATION FOR SPRING AND SUMMER CLASSES STARTS 2 WEEKS BEFORE CLASSES BEGIN.  SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED WCSA KIDS STARTS IMMEDIATLEY THROUGH MAY 31.  OPEN REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER CAMPS BEGINS JUNE 1.
