Tournament Reservations
Reserving your preferred date and time is easy! Simply contact Jocelyn (jocelyn@windycityfieldhouse.com)
at (773) 486-7421 with your tournament date and approximate court hours required.
Jocelyn takes you through a series of questions and provides you with a written proposal.
Tournament Payment Policies
Once you are ready to sign the proposal, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due in order to lock in your tournament date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event.
