Reserving your preferred date and time is easy!
Contact Tarra (tarra@windycityfieldhouse.com) at (773)
486-7416 with your Field Trip date and approximate hours required. Tarra takes you
through a series of questions and provides you with a written proposal.
Payment Policy
Once you are ready to sign the proposal, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due in order to lock in your field trip date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the trip.

Please note
- All package prices are based on a minimum of 50 campers
- Staffing and lunch are provided by your organization
- Additional WCF event coordinators are available upon request
- WCF provides catering options for lunch at reasonable prices including items such as pizzas,
box lunches, beverages and more.
